They say that you never forget your first love. Sculpture was my first love. Working in three dimensions has always felt natural to me in my creative pursuits.

'Object Relations' is a subtractive sculpture in Hebel block. 'Fertility Figure' is a constructive sculpture hand built from pinch pots, covered in Terra Sigillata to create a natural polished finish, fired and waxed.

The opportunity to return to my creative roots, to sit in a meditative space and let my hands play the song was a simple joy, an amble along the path into the moment.
